ABOUT

Clifford Rae A. Gonzales is an alumus of Lyceum of the Philippines University - Manila. During his college days, he has been a part of LPU Chorale as a Bass Member and performed in the organization's concerts - BACK TO BASICS, VOICES IN OUR HEARTS, AWE AND INSPIRE and other performances out of school.

In his earlier years, he has been a Disc Jock Trainee at Balibago Entertainment Radio Program DWSS Am 1494khz in 2008. Then after graduating in Highschool, he auditioned in Valenzuela City Center for the Performing Arts (VCCPA). Pursuing his career in theater, he was able to play in other theater groups like PLM MAGWAYEN, ARTIST PLAYGROUND & TEATRO MENSAJEROS. And yearly performs in PLV's Directing classes.

Clifford is also an enthusiast in the field of dance. He's been a  part of a Dance Crew named Groove Manila and Mad Crew that perfomed in various local competitions around Valenzuela. In 2014, upon the opening of the first ever Arts in the City Workshop, he was chosen to be one of the teachers in Dancing until 2015 and came back in 2018.

Early in the year 2018, him with his team - EDGE FILMS, have won 9 Awards in the Cinemarilenyo Film Festival with their entry, RELO, that has won 2nd best picture and was nominated as Best Actor. Yet again, with his team, they have released a shortfilm entitled PROPESOR, which had been another entry to a Film Festival. In the same year, another Shortfilm was produced and was entitled KULAY which was viewed in Pampanga.

 

While actively participating in the independent film making industry, he was able to work with one of the best DJ's of 90.7 Love Radio, Ms. Jessey Guiam a.k.a DJ Raqi Tera under ARTREATMENT FILMS entitled HALF MEANT PAGIBIG.
